The challenges with training food safety
Managing a restaurant is a highly challenging task. Unicentro's primary emphasis and goal are to help the business owners and managers deal with food safety regulations and training. Our commitment is the student. We value and emphasize the importance of food safety.
The individual student is not just a number to our company. We realized that with proper food training, especially hands-on training the student does better as an employee.
Company Divisions:
Unicentro has several divisions, they are A1 Food Safety, Data Intelligence,
Lexie Software, and Independent Film Investments.
A1 Food Safety- The role of this division is to help restaurant owner/managers as well employees of the food service industry acquire food safety certification. We are certified proctors with the National Restaurant Association to train and provide Food Handlers and Food Managers professional food safety training and certifications, in compliance with the State of California.
Data Intelligence, with a group of software engineers we coordinate projects for small to medium size companies and analyze data, to produce predictive reports for their respective industries. This service allows companies to predict future spending habits, and behavioral patterns of their existing customers, we use business intelligence software to examine and analyze reports.
Lexie Software, we are an in-house software development team that enable small to medium size companies deploy software projects for mobile applications as well as enterprise applications.
